The Starter Kit, each add-on and the Sales Tracker are digital files delivered by email right after payment. Because you can keep and copy them as soon as they are delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. This applies to the Starter Kit, each add-on and the add-on bundle.
Before you buy
Please read the product description, the list of what is inside and the FAQ before you buy. You can also read our free guides to get a feel for how we teach, and see how the kit is delivered on the Delivery page.
If you have a question about what a product includes, email buildbrandgrowbeginner@gmail.com before you purchase and we will answer it.
Problems opening your files
If you cannot download or open your files, email buildbrandgrowbeginner@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and include your PayPal receipt. We will help get your files working or resend your links.
Charged more than once
If you see more than one charge for the same order, email us with both PayPal receipts and we will review it.
Results and outcomes
Build Brand Grow is an educational product. Results depend on your own work, product, market and effort, and nothing we publish guarantees sales, traffic or income. A lack of sales or traffic is not a basis for a refund.
Payment disputes
If something looks wrong with your order, please contact us first. Most issues are quick to fix, and we would rather solve it directly with you.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer law that applies to you.
