What you are buying
The Build Brand Grow Starter Kit is an educational digital product delivered as PDF files. It is not a physical product, a service, business advice or a guarantee of results.
Price and payment
The price is shown in US dollars before you pay. The kit is a single one-time payment, not a subscription. The total is the displayed price plus any taxes or fees shown at checkout. You will see the full amount before you confirm the purchase.
Access
You receive access immediately after payment through a download link sent to your email. “Lifetime access” means you can download your files for as long as we keep the product available. We will give reasonable notice if we ever stop offering downloads.
License and acceptable use
You may use the files for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute them, or claim them as your own.
No guarantees
Results vary. Nothing in the kit, on this site or in our guides guarantees sales, traffic, income or success. Your results depend on your own work, product, market, costs and effort. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you use and the laws that apply to you, including consumer protection, advertising, tax and trademark rules.
Third-party services
The kit refers to third-party platforms and tools (for example Shopify, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X). We do not control them. Their prices, features and policies can change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business losses arising from your use of the kit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Our products are digital files delivered by email right after payment, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If a file will not open, email buildbrandgrowbeginner@gmail.com and we will help get it working or resend it. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
